You want your service company to be responsive. It is important to find a company that can quickly service your area. You shouldn’t have to wait more than 24 hours for a response. The longer it takes for them to visit you, the longer the printer is out of action.
– Authorisation
Your service company must has certification and is authorised to work on your printer brand. There is no point in contacting a company that is not certified for your printer brand as they will lack the knowledge and training to successfully resolve any problems.
