Take A Look At The Printer’s Paper Tray
The most important elements required for printing are paper and ink. The paper is placed on an expandable tray, and the device pulls it in and pushes the hard copy of the file out. If this tray is empty or damaged, the printer will be unable to find paper on which to print the content. As a result, the computer will display the Error Printing message. If the tray becomes dislodged, you should be able to easily replace it. If it is broken, take it to a repair shop where the experts will provide you with a solution.
Check The Printer Cable
A cable connects the printer and your computer. If this cable becomes disconnected or damaged, there is no longer a connection between the device and the PC. Examine the wire, and if it is damaged, take the printer to the service centre, where they should be able to replace the wire. The issue could also be with the slot through which the printer is connected to the PC via the cable. If the slot is loose or broken, the printer can be turned on but not used to print.
Disconnect And Reconnect The Printer Device
Another workaround for this problem is to unplug all printer connections from your computer. Carefully remove the wires and reattach them. Wait for the printer to be detected again and then try printing your files again.

Update The USB Driver Software

3. You can also open the Run utility (Windows + R) and enter the devmgmt.msc command to open the Device Manager.
4. Expand the section titled Universal Serial Bus Controllers and right-click on the USB port driver to which the printer is connected. These are not the driver names that include Mass Storage or USB.
5. When you select the Update driver option, the Update USB driver window will appear on your screen.
6. Select Search automatically for updated drivers from this window.
7. Your system will download the most recent USB port drivers if you have a good internet connection.
8. To install the downloaded updates, restart your computer.
